It was VERTEX's first time ranking as a top design firm. VERTEX has ranked over 12 years as a Top Construction Management-for-Fee Firm (this year, #35) and has ranked as a top Environmental firm 7 years concurrently. This year, VERTEX was #146 on ENR's 2020 Top 200 Environmental Firms list. The awards were made public earlier this year.
ENR, founded in 1874, reports on the top design firms, both architects and engineers, and the top construction companies as well as projects in the United States and around the world. Companies are ranked based on the percentage of 2019 gross revenue reported from services.
